Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Non-returnable items include personal care products, undergarments, and custom-made items. To start a return, email samaunhawloder@gmail.com
with your order number and reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 9 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and short description. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank or payment provider first. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact samaunhawloder@gmail.com for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, digital products, and clearance or sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
