    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

    1. Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
    To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    Some items such as personal care products, undergarments, or custom-made items cannot be returned for hygiene or production reasons.
    To start a return, please contact our support team at Support: hawloderworld@gmail.com. with your order number and a short explanation of the reason for your return.

    2. Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email.
    If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
    Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

    3. Damaged or Wrong Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Include a photo of the item and a short description of the issue.
    We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

    4. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or payment provider first.
    Sometimes it takes a few days before a refund is processed.

    5. Non-Returnable Items

    Please note that certain products cannot be returned. These include:

    • Clearance or sale items

    6. Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
    If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
